As the former Education Director at an LGBTQ+ center, I have trained facilitators for over a decade and I am beyond picky. Noah is one of the best facilitators I have ever worked with. He takes command of the room with a rare combination of sincerity, knowledge, goodwill, and humor. He is skilled at creating judgment-free spaces where people of all backgrounds and knowledge levels feel connected, engaged, and heard.
Acronym Project
When people are able to be their full, authentic selves in their everyday lives, students apply themselves, employee satisfaction soars, and innovation is prolific. Creating safe and inclusive spaces for the LGBTQ+ community isn’t politics; it’s leadership.
The experience we bring connects us with leaders across the United States to facilitate new understanding and appreciation for the LGBTQ+ community. From New York to California and Illinois to Mississippi, we have inspired youth in classrooms, rising scholars in graduate schools, and seasoned professionals at the peak of their careers.
In our programs, we employ Radical Empathy, a tactic that helps bring people closer to understanding and appreciation of each other. When we try to see where another person is coming from, we are able to connect their experiences to similar ones in our own lives. We are better able to harness each other’s empathy to create spaces where all are included.

Testimonials
Noah is warm and engaging and even got us to laugh. As the pastor of a local church, I especially appreciated that in spite of the fact that there hasn’t always been a great relationship between the faith community and the LGBTQI+ community, he never pitted the two against each other. He recognized that many LGBTQI+ folks have spiritual needs and that there are faith communities that will welcome and embrace them.
Let’s get you on the schedule again for the Fall. It means so much to the kids–once again–your presentation was the most mentioned in the end of the year surveys.
