We’re here to pique curiosity, encourage vulnerability, and facilitate trust. We do this by meeting folks where they are with the language they have. We lean heavily on courage and we live for an authentic rumble with discomfort. This is how we learn. This is how we grow. This is how we thrive. As we all know, acronyms stand for things. We stand for starting, stumbling, and starting again. We stand for vulnerability and the courage to make mistakes.
