Level 3: Become a Safe person through allyship and providing resources for members of the community​.

How do you respond to a student who tells you they’re genderqueer? How do you respond to a coworker who uses derogatory language in the break room? How do you let people know you’re a safe person who wants to listen and help find resources for them?​

In this training, we talk about what Safe Zones are and why they’re vital; what your role as a Safe person is and what it is not. You’ll walk away with practical tips to continue being a Safe person and ways to make yourself a more visible ally. This program is perfect for students, teachers, administration, healthcare workers, communities of faith, and everyone in between.
